Generate a recipe for an R package from CRAN

Usage#

rattler-build generate-recipe cran [OPTIONS] <PACKAGE>

Arguments#

  • <PACKAGE>
    Name of the package to generate
    required: true

Options#

  • --universe (-u) <UNIVERSE>
    The R Universe to fetch the package from (defaults to cran)
  • --tree (-t)
    Also create recipes for the dependencies that are not available in the --check-available channels (default: conda-forge)
  • --all
    With --tree, create recipes for every dependency, without checking whether it is already available
  • --check-available <CHANNEL>
    Check dependencies against this channel (can be repeated) and warn about the ones it doesn't have
    May be provided more than once.
  • --write (-w)
    Whether to write the recipe to a folder
